Machining & Shaping
This first image shows some Ice cubes which were cut and polished to create tea light holders & retail display pieces. The acrylic blocks were cut to shape before being finished by our automated polishing process. The image below shows a rounded cube which was made by laminating UV edge lit sheet between clear acrylic blocks. This was then cut into a cube before being machined. Finally it was given our perfect polish finish. |
