Cutting Service

For our customers who do not have the facilities to cut acrylic and Polycarbonate in house, we are happy to offer a cut to size service. Whether you want 20,000 cut pieces or a single piece, we can help.

With 3 large saws in our workshop, we have the capacity to cut sheet, block, rods & bars to any large or small dimensions and we offer a tube cutting service as well. We can even cut tubes 650mm in diameter!

Cut pieces unless otherwise specified are supplied with the protective film still in place over the polished surfaces, but cut edges are not re-polished. However a Perfect Polished service is also available if requested when ordering.

Your cut to size acrylic is supplied packed and ready for you to fabricate, saving you time!

Angle Cutting

We can also cut tubes, rods and block etc at angles for you, however we may need a technical drawing from you when you request your quotation.

The image below shows a prototype shoe display block. The technical diagram for the shape didn't have a single right angle, but we made a 3 model first and once we could visualise the shape, we had no problem cutting and polishing it.
